Highly recommend the pet insurance package by 1300 insurance! Cheap and I got a discount for getting policy for 2 dogs. They cover vet bills, illness and accidental injury.
2013 premium $36, 2014 premium $44, an increase 33% 2015, premium $64 an increase of 45%. Poor claims - states you can't talk to a claims assessor as they don't have a phone line.
Poor customer service, calls were either unanswered or left on hold until I gave up. Premiums increased by a lot since I bought the policy for my cat. Thinking of switching insurers.
It's impossible to get your call answered by them. E-mails are really slow. I their terms in their PDS is amibiguous and I am currently in a dispute with them in which I will be involving the ombudsma
