Unhappy with increased excess

I was happy with them until I renewed my policy with them, they changed the $100 excess to a 25% excess. Not very happy as I would be worse off for any medical claims exceeding $400. In addition, the premiums went up as well.

Premium prices skyrocket as your pets age

2013 premium $36, 2014 premium $44, an increase 33% 2015, premium $64 an increase of 45%. Poor claims - states you can't talk to a claims assessor as they don't have a phone line.

Poor customer service, thinking of switching

Poor customer service, calls were either unanswered or left on hold until I gave up. Premiums increased by a lot since I bought the policy for my cat. Thinking of switching insurers.

Highly recommend the pet insurance package

Highly recommend the pet insurance package by 1300 insurance! Cheap and I got a discount for getting policy for 2 dogs. They cover vet bills, illness and accidental injury.
