This company is completely useless!

DO NOT USE MEDIBANK PRIVATE PET INSURANCE!! These people are completely useless. After having to send them the same documentation 5 times about Rosso's previous history, we finally got a result after having the cancer removed from his arm. According to them it was simply a wart. This is the kind of coverage we get for $47 a month. We're cancelling it as of today and going elsewhere.

Customer over 7 years for two dog policies. Charging me over double cost of new policy customers. Don’t look after long standing customers. Disgusting customer service. Rip off. Cut and paste email cu

HORRIBLE

Have no idea what they are doing. Will do anything to avoid paying out on a claim. Poor service, no care factor. They just want your monthly payment and that's where it starts and stops!

We had Medibank pet insurance for our dog for over 11 years, only claimed a couple of times but always a quick easy hassle free process. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and we spent over $2000
