Good Value & Great Service

I have found PetMed to be excellent value for money. Our cats policy was easy to set up and manage, while claims can be lodged easily online or via post. My experience claiming has been overwhelmingly positive and the customer service team are very helpful. Couldn't ask for more :)

Unable to claim

Very dissaponted . I rang regards to my pet policy insurance is cancelled or not because I will have my dog eye surgery soon. I been told can't be cancelled due to still remain policy after 12 mo

My dog got injured at a dog park and i claimed within days of the vet visit and im so glad it wasn't a severe injury because claiming from Petmed took 8 months despite giving all information neede
