Claims department run by Alianz is dissapointing
By far the worst customer service for any insurance company I have dealt with. The communication between the phone operators and the claims assessors is non-existent. I was told conflicting information every time I called (The phone op. supervisor actually agreed that it was something that also frustrated him). I was asked to supply documents 3 times after I sent them and also the reply email address never worked. I wouldn't recommend 1cover to anybody. Their claims department cannot deliver the policy that is sold by 1cover. Still waiting for claim to be resolved 3 and a half months later. Too bad if you actually wanted a camera to travel with whilst you were on holidays.
