Prompt response

Got a fast response, and paid more than I expected for my stolen phone. Only niggle... Sad that only pay out on cash when on your person....as a snorkeller, swimmer and diver, I have to leave it with someone.

Hi Sue, sorry to hear your phone got stolen, unfortunately we are not able to pay claims for theft of cash that is not on your person which is consistent with most if not all travel insurance policies. Thanks for leaving us a review, Dorian at 1Cover.

First time cover

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
