Simple Ear infection in Bali - not fit to fly
My 9yr old unfortunately became unwell during a recent stay in Bali. On our last night she required medical assistance at after hours clinic attached to BMC. I was extremely satisfied with my 1cover policy as unlike many other insurers the reciprocal agreement allowed us to pay our $100 excess direct to hospital instead of being $$$ out of pocket and claiming back when we got home. All up 3 out patient hospital visits plus 2 specialist appointments, accommodation for an additional 11 nights, medications all paid directly to hospital/hotel. We claimed other incidentals at home. Exceptionally easy claim process. Special thanks to registered nurse Tracey who provided excellent phone support throughout our extended stay, and to Tien for her support in claims process.
