Beware Our passport lost in mail before trip we lost all flights and tour, nothing is covered.

Our Passports were lost , we sent them registered post to get visa. We then missed dates of travel and tour due to the time it took to get new passports. Small clause in insurance means we cannot claim for flights or tour. Very disappoint, thought that was the point of insurance.
