Happy with outcome

We have used 1cover for several overseas epic journeys over about 10 yrs .... have had to make two claims in that time. The first claim was relatively minor and was extremely well handled.
Our last claim was a big one as we had to cancel our whole trip to Alaska and Sth. America 1 week out from departure, due to a sudden Cancer (stage 4) diagnoses for our Daughter inlaw. It took a while to get the relevant documentation together to prove that we had no prior knowledge of the event and a reasonable amount of too-ing and fro-ing .... but I must admit the gentleman whom we dealt with was always courteous and helpful. We eventually had success and our claim was paid in full very quickly. Ultimately very happy.
We will use 1cover again.
