Great Customer Service
Luckily we didn't get stuck in Bali so didn't need to claim, but twice I did need to call them - once to change details, and the second time to pre-empt a possible claim.
Both times I got through to speak to someone within a minute which is amazing given they would have had a high number of calls to deal with at the time from the Bali volcano issue.
