Great Customer Service
Luckily we didn't get stuck in Bali so didn't need to claim, but twice I did need to call them - once to change details, and the second time to pre-empt a possible claim.
Both times I got through to speak to someone within a minute which is amazing given they would have had a high number of calls to deal with at the time from the Bali volcano issue.

I'm so glad you were able to get through to us straight away, you're right, when an event like this happens it can increase call volume. Our Australian based call centre works tirelessly to make sure that we have enough of our friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand to answer those calls.
