Rental vehicle excess claim

This was my first experience with claiming anything using Travel Insurance. I've chosen 1Cover from online feedback and happy that real experience met those high ratings. Quick and friendly response from 1Cover. Questions which I had were clearly explained. I was told that claim may be re-opened if required. Excess transferred promptly.
