Arbitrary wording requirements
It was just extra hassle to go to the facilitator and have them reword a document to say "forfeited" when the same meaning was already stated without the use of the required wording. The entire document was stating how all the funds stated were forfeited but did not use the word forfeited. Cmon, that's a bit petty. The emails I received from the insurer were concise in what they needed and the website was easy to use likewise. Time for the money to be redepositted into my account was also satisfactory. One thumbs up and a crisp hi five for you 1cover
