So bad
So angry with 1Cover, I was stuck in an emergency situation overseas last weekend, tried calling them 5 times on their “Emergency Line” no one answers the phone. Not happy at all.

I'm very sorry to hear that you were not able to get through to us when you really needed to, our emergency assistance line is certainly operational 24/7. Are you able to please confirm the number you attempted to dial and your policy number? Please let me know if you still require assistance and I can arrange for someone to contact you urgently.
