I had reason to call the Claims dept from Overseas, and the operator was excellent and very helpful and responded by email straight away with the comments on my file

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
