1Cover paid out our claim, even though it didnt have to

We had a trip booked to Sri Lanka to plan our wedding, and unfortunately had to cancel due to the terrible terrorist incident. Our policy with 1Cover excluded coverage for terrorism, however I lodged a claim in the hopes that 1Cover would assess our application on its merits. 1Cover responded within a week and provided a full refund for our flights, for which we were extremely grateful. My interactions with their claims team was stress free, and I was 100% happy with their service.
