Unsuccessful Claim

Myself, my husband and three adult children fly to New Zealand a couple of times a year due to family in New Zealand. Every ticket we purchase we take out 1 Cover Travel insurance. We have never had to make a claim but in our most resent trip to NZ we all booked urgent tickets to be with my dying father and my kids Grandfather. Unfortunately my Adult son had to cancel his ticket from Sydney to Christchurch and re-book another ticket for a few days latter due to an urgent Business Meeting. When I called 1 Cover to see if they could help they were unable to help in any way.Very disappointing under the circumstances.
