Pleasure to deal with
Having booked and paid for European holiday early in the year departing end of May 2019, due to unforeseen circumstances caused by ill health we had to cancel the trip three weeks ago. Luckily as on every previous occasion we take out insurance with 1Cover. One phone call to the Insurer, we were advised what documentation they would require to assess the claim. This being provided, we had received an email yesterday(20/05/2019) that the claim had been accepted and a refund will be made. As the cancellation of the trip was traumatic in it's self one always fears the loop holes one has to jump through when dealing with an Insurance company. I thank 1Cover for being so understanding and delivering what they promise. I have on numerous occasions recommended 1Cover to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.
