Used 1Cover a number of times-first time claimed

I have used and recommended 1Cover to family and friends, however I never have put a claim in till now.
You cant really review or know a company until you see their support and service. My flights were messed up coming back from the USA, so I put a claim in for my accommodation and within 1 week it was resolved "without fuss". I had all my documentation and evidence which made it so easy. Its good to see when you genuinely have a claim, that you are looked after.
I am again travelling overseas in September and have already bought another policy with 1Cover & have no doubt in recommending.
