Claim rejected- on poor grounds
Mobile stolen out of my bag whilst overseas. Overall process handled terribly from the initial call I made to lodge a claim. I submitted an online claim with supporting documentation, and claim rejected on unjust grounds that bag was left unattended at time of phone being stolen out of the bag by me, when my husband was with the bag and he was dual name on policy! I am taking official complaint to Ombudsman. Unprofessionally managed by 1Cover. Very disappointed after I've used them numerous times. As they say " you pay for what you get" There's definitely better providers and products on the market!
