1Cover travel insurance and claim experience

This is the first time we have ever had to make a claim on our travel insurance and 1Cover made the whole process simple and stress free from the moment I first made the call to the Emergency Assistant Team through to the processing of our claim. Claim was for hospital cover for food poisoning. Supporting documents for hospital expenses and travel details were uploaded and the claim was processed in a couple of days. The amount wasn't large but we were refunded the full amount of the expenses minus the excess.
