Appropriate Cover and quick claim assessment and payment
1Cover offered a competitive travel insurance premium for the planned type and duration of our holiday and for my particular health condition. Unfortunately for me I became unwell during the cruise portion of our holiday and required treatment at the ship's medical facility. Upon returning home I submitted an online claim together with the requested supporting documents. The claim was approved within 1 day after making the claim and payment was deposited in our bank account within 3 days of making the claim.
