Highly efficient and very sympathetic.

I came back from a lengthy holiday and for the first time in my life had to lodge a travel insurance claim. The experience with 1Cover couldn't have been better. From the first on-line chat to the email exchanges, I received nothing but courtesy, concern and great service. It has made what was a difficult situation bearable. Thank you to the staff involved.

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
