Read from a script to avoid a claim

I put in a claim that was not hotel related but in regards to the surrounds that weren’t safe to stay. You kept referring to the hotel which wasn’t the issue to not reimburse me. I will never use again and I will make sure my friends don’t either

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
