1cover have been fantastic from the initial call. They were very concerned about our injured son and got us home on the next available flight so he could be treated in Aus. They called us a week later to check how our spn was. The claims process for our holiday being cut short was easy and 1cover always stayed in contact with us.

First time cover

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
