Completed claim online and it was a simple process and well laid out for users.

We have used 1Cover for all of our overseas trips and fortunately have only had two claims over the years. 1Cover has been very helpful in both cases and the claims process has been very straight forward and simple to use.

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
