Difficult to compare prices with coverage

I usually use Australian Seniors Insurance, as they usually have the most competitive prices & coverage (I am 75).
Last 2 trips I have used 1 Cover as they were comparable & completive.
However I have now booked my next trip, again, with Seniors as 1 cover were much more expensive.
I have been buying travel insurance for 50 years, it pays to get a few quotes from reputable companies.
When are Travel insurance companies going to specify a rate per day for cruising (river & Ocean) & land travel? as the loadings are different! This was the issue when I wanted insurance for 8 days river cruising & 8 days land travel, I had to take 16 days Cruising at a premium.
