Our Holiday experience with 1 cover travel Insurance
My Husband and I booked our cruise on the Majestic Princess in Feb. 2019 and sat back and Looked forward to it. We took out 1 cover 100% insurance for everything (very Reasonably Priced) with a $200 excess, at the time of booking, Then around 2 weeks to departure. One of us got sick due to a change of medication and was rushed to Hospital for 4 days. The recovery was not in time to go on the cruise so it had to be cancelled at short notice. This resulted in very little of the cruise, Flights and accommodation monies being returned to us. we put our claim into 1 Cover and after a short period of time when ALL documents needed were submitted, we received a notification the claim had been processed and we would receive all the money we claimed for. It would be in our bank within 10 business days. we were thrilled, and during the hole process all the staff were very helpful, informative and very patient
