Dissatisfaction with your policy
When attempting to insure for our next trip, you advised that I would need to pay a $200
excess as I had breast cancer 18 months ago.
This is outrageous. The Cancer was successfully removed and I am no more at risk of a re occurrence than someone who has never had breast cancer.
You need to get your medical facts right before you make such demands.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the additional cost to cover your pre-existing medical condition. The criteria for medical conditions is based on a team of doctors and underwriters that analyse the risk factor. The costing depends on many factors, one being how recent it was and the location you are travelling to regarding medical expenses.
