i recently had to cancel a trip for ill health ,i would like to thank the 1 cover service team for the excellent way they have handled my claim ,from the time i lodged the claim to approval they have been in contact updating progress on claim ,was stress free

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
