Wow, happily surprised by the quick and easy the claims process

I have never claimed on travel insurance before and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was with 1 cover. I completed the claim online on Friday and received an email Monday morning to say my claim had been approved. I would highly recommend 1Cover after this experience and will always use them knowing they are so easy to deal with.

First time cover

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
