Very difficult to contact as no phone number.

I needed to make a minor adjustment to my policy and due to it being extremely difficult to contact, my policy had to be cancelled and a new one at double the price paid for or I would not get a refund. This all took so long as I had been waiting for a call from company.

First time cover

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
