Should be a NCB or loyalty discount

We only go with one cover because it is the least expensive. We have travelled over 30 times and paid for insurance and never made a claim, approx $6000 paid all up. There should be a loyalty discount or no claim bonus. Travel insurance is a necessary evil that I pay for because of paranoia.

First time cover

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
