Very impressed with outcome and staff interaction with us supporting throughout the claim process.

We thank you for supporting us though the claim process which was easy, and your staff were very helpful. Explanations were very clear, also your prompt replies to our questions and claims. We are very impressed and grateful as this was our first ever cruise and first ever having to claim.

First time cover

First overseas travel in a few years and had to claim flights to a different city as ours were cancelled. From the first phone call to the email updates everything went smoothly. Definitely get cover
