• I'm with you. This company is cheap, but they don't take care of you. I also used this insurance company when I went to Bali last year. I had to contact the insurance company once while I was there, and I sent an email, but there was no reply, so I decided I would never use this company again. I won't recommend it to my friends either.

  • It&#39;s been over a month since I made my claim and they keep requesting more and more documentation which could have been communicated from the first reply.<br/>It takes them 2 weeks to reply at a time, which who knows why... <br/>Definitely won&#39;t be going with these guys again. I&#39;d rather pay a little more with someone more reliable.
