Very Poor Service after 10 Years a Customer
I was very disappointed in the service I received from 1 Cover recently.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had to make a claim before.
On a recent trip we had to return because of a family emergency with my Father in law.
I understand that because of his age we were not covered for any return airfares but do believe I should have received a refund or credit for the 50% of he policy I did not use.
I replied to 1 Cover after being informed of this and received no other communication. Very poor.
