Do No Even Go There!

The most unsupportive Travel Insurers I have ever dealt with. I had the unpleasant surprise of their time frame build up. If you are expected to submit more documents to support your claim expect another extra 10 business days from the date of your recent documents sent.

Our plane had a fault which made us a day late for our trip to Japan so we lost a day accommodation and sightseeing in Tokyo. On Claiming we were told the policy does not cover mechanical faults.
