Complete SCAM insurance company!!

This company will do everything it can not to honour your claim, with the most confusing and repetitive time wasting and form filling exercise in the hope that you will give up so they can keep your money.

Their practices are a borderline SCAM and I emplore you to stay well clear of them.

I'm also surprised Aer Lingus use them as it is damaging their reputation being associated with this awful insurance company.

Avoiding Allianz - Do not use this company

I can to hospital three days after I fell off an AVT with symptoms that required immediate medical attention. Allianz wanted a report with a diagnosis before they would approve the claim. The problem

Ghosted me after filing a claim

Total scam. They refuse to even reply to my claim after a full week. Every menu on their website was designed to funnel me away from customer support to make the claim. Several hours of putting said c

Waste of money never again

Allianz refused our trip cancellation claim despite telling us we had grounds for a claim when I phoned them to check before canceling flights and everything else. They said the policy covered changes
