Didn’t pay on a ridiculous technicality

They are good as long as you never make a claim! They are unresponsive to calls or emails when I was overseas when I was trying to get information on the documentations required to make a claim for my medical bill on my trip. When I got back to Australia, they would not approve my claim because the doctor's report did not contain the correct wording.

Yes. In my case they refused the doctors letter because it should have been written on their form instead....very painful and bureaucratic. Clearly objective is to make it as hard as possible to make a claim.

Everything fine until you have to make a claim. Then they avoid you like the plague. Dont return calls or emails. Refuse to reimburse your expenses or losses
