Do not use

There is no real way to contact them when overseas and when calling in to speak to someone the wait is long and it takes 5+ days for a case manager to respond at minimum. I am waiting for a claim to be processed but not even confident that they will accept it. Steer clear they are just a call centre and not an insurance agency
