Excellent travel insurance

I have used InsureandGo a few times now for my overseas travel. The policy is very good and at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, I have made one claim, and it was approved very quickly. They were efficient and communicated with me very well. I am insured with them again for my next trip next year.

Do not use

There is no real way to contact them when overseas and when calling in to speak to someone the wait is long and it takes 5+ days for a case manager to respond at minimum. I am waiting for a claim

Rang 1300 customer number on 3 different occasions in one day. Each time given different steps to follow. Only to have clam denied after being reassured we would be reimbursed with the policy cover w
