I have never had to make a claim for my travel insurance and I hope I never will do. I conducted a very comprehensive research on travel insurance companies but was soon overwhelmed and confused so I went ahead with Covermore from word of mouth. The main reasons behind me choosing Cover-more was that there was a story of a group of friends travelling with different insurance providers, they met with a terrible accident and only those with Cover-more were repatriated home within an an acceptable time frame.
