Refused emergency assistance when my bag was stolen late at night with cash, credit cards, passport, and key to access apartment. They refused to pay for emergency accomodation or transportation to collect a new key to access rental apartment after what was a horrific ordeal. Continually promised they would call me back but never did while I was stranded and stressed out of my mind. They just wear you down until you realise you're on your own. I had comprehensive multi-trip insurance. Do not waste your money with this company.
