Awful and difficult to deal with.

These guys are bad. We bought the insurance knowing that my wife was pregnant. Just before the start of our travels, we had some unexpected complications and the doctors insisted that we do not travel. These guys were difficult to deal with. The experience with their claims officer was frustrating. After 1 year of frustration, we spent more time and money chasing than the refund we received. I will definitely not recommend them.
