    Each claim is different and is evaluated on it's merits, so comparing it to others is difficult.
    If you contact our offices we would be happy to get the claim re-evaluated on your behalf and find out exactly why the pay out was lower then expected.
    it is also also within your rights to appeal to the ombudsman if you feel the outcome of the re-evaluation is unjust/incorrect. They are a third party whose decision the insurer must abide by.
