Do Not Use

Avoid at all cost. Paid for interstate travel insurance purely on the intention for a hire car as it stated covered damages of $3000. Had to lodge a claim to the fee of $2800 and they only covered $2100. The explanation is was given they dont cover admin fee, car assessment fees GST etc etc. very very very disappointing

What a terrible experience. I unfortunately had to get insurance through these guys because of a stuff up with my other insurance with OTI (who are brilliant and I highly recommend). I lost my brand n
