Worst Insurer Ever

What a terrible experience. I unfortunately had to get insurance through these guys because of a stuff up with my other insurance with OTI (who are brilliant and I highly recommend). I lost my brand new glasses and when pushed for when and how, which I couldn’t remember the sequence of events, I was denied. Awful claims process too.

Who is OTI? Are they a travel insurance company and where are they based? If they are good I'd like to have a look with a view to using them.
