Treated us with respect

We took out the insurance last year for our up coming holiday to Japan. However, life threw us a curve ball and we had to cancel our holiday due to illness. InsureandGo treated us with respect as we went through the claim process to have our refunds done. They were prompt and extremely helpful in getting us through what had turned out to be an upsetting and difficult period. I thank them for their understanding and respect.
