No compassion

Tried to claim for trip not able to be undertaken to do the right thing for an injured pet that required emergency surgery who couldn't walk for 6 weeks post op who is still now having surgery. He had his 5th surgery yesterday and yet that is not enough of a reason to compensate on some flights to Bali. Disgusting. Animals are sentient beings especially the family pet for someone who is unable to have children.

Hi Shiree, I'm very sorry to hear about your pet, and I agree they are precious. Unfortunately, to be fair and consistent across all claims, we must evaluate each claim against the PDS, and the claim you've mentioned isn't covered as per the PDS.
