  • Exactly the same except purchased my policy in December 2019 for a cruise late July 2020, rang in March 2020 to at least cancel policy, but was told 14days cooling off then NO refunds no matter what!
    No help from hotline re bookings, very disappointing not even to postpone policy At Least!!!
