Worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Claims process is arduous and broken. Their Facebook page is full of customer complaints of not being paid or receiving any service or empathy. We were offered a credit note by the overseas hotel we couldn’t get to (there’s a travel ban!) so they will not pay. Worst. Company. Ever.

Do not use this company - they refused a legitimate claim - twice! Submit a review they reopen the case - same outcome though - a refusal after months of stalling and multiple emails. Might as well not bother with insurance at all - same outcome. Just glad I didn't get ill OS.

By fair the easiest insurance quote I've ever done. Was simple and clear to follow. The price was by fair the best and it was so fast I had to go back and check I didn't miss anything because
