  • Shonks, similar experience, bet Anna reopens case, months later refuses cover again. Overwhelms you with paperwork and their policies, hoping you just give up. The most callous company I have ever dealt with - wouldn't touch them with a bargepole! Beware, flash front end, dodgy claims department.
